Vehicle Description
1958 Porsche 356 Cabriolet Race/Street
This unique Cabriolet has been under the stewardship of Emory Motorsports since 2002. They performed the race preparation, but did not do the body work on the car. That said, the body is very solid and the paint is great. There are lots of rock chips as evidence of its eight years of vintage racing here in the northwest. The car has recently been reconditioned and made street legal and able to run on premium pump gas.
We have driven the car and it is fantastic. It turns heads and handles very well. The C disc brakes only add to the experience in this car.
The interior features a vintage racing-legal roll cage, tan carpet in the rear section, black vinyl front section, Carrera lightweight door panels with pull-up lexan windows and lexan quarter windows. Also featured is a reproduction 904 combo gauge on the left side of the cluster.
The red paint is glossy with lots of life left and the black top is semi-gloss, so it occasionally shows a few fingerprints. The cabriolet top is the only top that comes with the car. There are no rust issues. The jack points are solid. There are a few places where the undercoating has peeled away.
A few features about this car:

This car would be appropriate for vintage rally and could be taken back to race trim fairly easily.
This car has been actively raced for the last eight years and was even raced on the high banks of Daytona International Speedway during the most recent Rennsport Reunion.
This is a really fun, racy street car that can be thoroughly enjoyed as it appreciates. Don't let this opportunity pass you by. There is a lot to like about this car.
We can create a special leasing program for this fantastic vehicle.
All trades considered.
